Conflict — a state in which a resource is on two tasks at the same time
It can occur either when adding a resource with a ‘*’ sign(that is, already occupied on another task), or when changing the Gantt structure
You can solve the conflict by removing the “forked” resource from the task, or by changing the Gantt structure so that the conflicting tasks do not overlap in time:
